Program Overview

Getting Transportation

We do everything you need so you don’t have to! This includes getting you a rental car through the Hertz car service or Enterprise Rental Cars. You’ll be picked up at our repair center and taken where you need to go. We also pick up customers once your vehicle is finished and have the vehicle brought to you. We specialize in providing our customers with a top-notch experience that is hard to beat.

Warranty Information

A standard vehicle manufacturer’s warranty basic coverage is good for about 36,000 miles or three years. A few vehicle manufacturers go beyond this coverage, but this is the standard in most cases.

We have the standard limits of coverages in our office for warranties that are offered by the major vehicle manufacturers. Let us know if you need to know what is offered for your particular make and model.

In addition to what you might already have with your standard car warranty, we offer additional coverage that lasts a lifetime. It covers all of our workmanship including all of the body, unibody, and refinishing work.

Your warranty will be good with us for as long as you own the vehicle. Just present your networked warranty when you come to see us. Premium Collision stands behind all of our work to show you that we care!

What Our Guarantee Offers

We provide a guarantee on the following types of repairs:

In general, we will cover anything that is due to an oversight on our part or a mistake that we made during the repair process.

We work with most insurance companies also and do all of the necessary paperwork so you have everything you need to ensure that your claim is processed in a timely manner.
